A Robust Porter conditioned on a massive amount of flaked coconut. Overflowing with coconut flavor and aroma, with notes of cocoa and toasted marshmallow.

Brewed with raw Kansas wheat, and hopped exclusively with huge additions of Citra and Amarillo, this not your average wheat beer. Pillowy soft with waves of citrus fruit, she's sweet, juicy, and voluptuous!
American Wild Ale · 8% ABV

Our golden foeder beer conditioned 8 months, refermented on over 3 lbs per gallon of fresh peaches from Meadowlark Farms in Rose Hill, KS for 2 months, then refermented again in the bottle for 3 months. This has resulted in an incredibly complex sour beer, with massive juicy fruit character, paired with rich notes of oak and soft cheese funk. We are very pleased with how this beer is drinking now, but it will continue to develop in the bottle over time.
Grisette · 4.2% ABV

We started with Standard Issue, our GABF silver medal winning mixed culture Belgian-Style Grisette. Initially fermented in oak with the solera method and blended from two dedicated puncheon, we further aged the finished beer on 2 pounds per gallon of Kansas-grown blackberries from Elderslie Farm for three months and bottle conditioned for six additional weeks. We are very pleased with how this beer is drinking now, but it will continue to develop in the bottle over time. We recommend opening one now and cellaring one or two for future enjoyment.
